Special Tips for Successful Event Photography Sessions
Lighting
Be prepared to be flexible as there are many types of light that can effect your photos in different ways. From direct sunlight in the park to dark lighting in an event hall, there are various ways to capture with or without flash equipment. We will discuss some options and recommendation with you and share some results we have achieved with various events to help you make an educated decision as to what types of effects you would like for your final photos.
Natural NOT Posed
A nice posed photo can turn out very nice and would be a good addition to any wall, photo book or social media site. However sometimes the best photo memories captured are the candid photos that nobody knew were even snapped. We will make sure we are able to pull some posed photos together, but we pride ourselves in working the event to make sure we can capture those natural, candid shots that you might not have even seen if it were not for the picture.

We are professionals, but our goal is to be personable and be able to build rapport and build relationships with you and the members of your event. We want you to have a memorable experience with no worries and comfortable knowing we will interact with integrity and personality.
Pricing Information
The first thing for you to do is to determine a budget that you would like to work within. Our pricing varies depending on the amount of time you will need us as well the final products you will want to preserve your memories. We will consult with you to share more of how we work and provide suggestions and recommendations for products and packages that will appeal to you and your guests. Although we do have a base hourly rate, we do our best to work with you to develop a plan that will work within your budget.
