Photo Style: Black & White vs. Color Photos
The color of a photo in most cases is a matter of taste. For me, I feel like Black & White adds a level of style that is often hard to achieve with color photos, especially with added mid to high contrast. You can often times pull out more emotion and better establish a connection between the viewer and the subject.With my own personal photos, I tend to lean a lot heavier to black & white over color, with some of my pictures being primarily in black & white with little splashes of color to draw the viewers eye to particular parts of the photo.
There is definitely a place for color photos, and I will put together packages based upon the wants and needs of my clients, however at presentation of final products, I will always present packages that incorporate black & whites photos mixed in with color photos.
